"My wife Judy introduced me to Werrys years ago and we just love it there. The owners Sam and Linda are great people. The way we like to describe the hotel/bar is it's an old, country western/ biker bar vibe with lots of character. The locals are now close friends. When we arrive, its a nice welcoming feeling. "I love staying at the Lafayette Inn every time I visit my daughter. It’s always clean, spacious and quiet. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I did notice on this stay that a hot breakfast is no longer provided. That was always a really nice touch. Too bad they changed that."
