"It was advertised to get a free bottle of wine and I did not get. I also had to get the ac remote switched out because it was not working. Then I also had to go downstairs to get the tv remote switched out because that one was also not working. They were very nice to allow me to keep my luggage there while I got breakfast and they were even kind enough to call me a taxi."

"Very clean with a perfect location. Great and friendly staff!"

The space is thoughtfully designed with lush bedding, cozy touches, and a warm atmosphere that makes it hard to leave. The entire room was impeccably clean, fresh, and well-maintained. The AC worked so well, making it a cool escape from the heat. You...

"Pool renovations where going on long beyond what was scheduled. They offered a beach club alternative. The Manager Pedro was very attentive to our concerns about it and upgraded us beyond our dreams. Excellent recovery. Friendly staff . Great location and facility. Would recommend and return."
