"Great location, close to shops, restaurants and local attraction. The first room we were assigned had a broken toilet. The hotel staff was wonderful and quickly moved us to another room. Overall a very nice place to stay with a wonderful breakfast buffet. I would recommend requesting a room in the tower as they are quieter than the rooms in the first two stories of the hotel."
"Location was perfect for us. Very close to Airport shuttle (flybussarna) . With the day pass you can travel anywhere. (Airport shuttle is NOT included in the day pass)

Minor complaint is that shower pressure was "timid".

"Our room was large and beautiful - unfortunately it was on the main street and we had to open the windows at night to get it cooler - there is AC but it doesn't cool the 4th floor as well! The street noise is quite a problem especially on a weekend night! That is not the hotel's fault - just be aware and maybe ask for a room in the back and not on the street side. The staff was helpful - breakfast was good but always crowded. We would stay again if in a different room."
"Die Zimmer waren hübsch mit sehr großem Bad. Insgesamt gefiel uns das Hotel sehr gut. Faszinierend war bei den fensterlosen Zimmern, dass es durch geschickte Beleuchtung so wirkte, als wenn man ein Fenster mit Tageslicht hat. Ich reise viel privat und beruflich und bewerte das Frühstück ebenfalls als sehr gut."
"The property is bright and clean. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was really nice. Breakfast was fantastic! The location immediately adjacent to the train station and ferry terminal is ideal. So is the parking garage. Perfect!"
"Stora hotellet renoveras så stängt. Frukost i baren längst ner i den byggnad, så fick gå ut och in till frukost. På bardisken serverades frukosten väldigt trångt så man knappt kunde mötas när man hämtade mat."
