"I loved staying at this place: it was quiet, had a view to the duomo, was spotlessly clean and decorated in a lovely way. The location in the historic city centre was charming. The Villa d’Estate is 5min walk away, the Villa Adriana 50min (also reachable by bus), the Villa Gregoriana 10min and the train station 15min on foot. Camere moderne, materassi comodissimi e TV gigante. Molto apprezzata la crema corpo in bagno. Colazione varia e abbondante (ottimi i panini piccoli!), anche se la frutta era poco dolce. The innkeeper understands her role as a "way of life," not a "job," and it shows. From this beautiful Villa, we were able to drive to similar nearby villages and enjoy our first tastes of quiet, peaceful Italian ways of life. Do yourself a favor -- book it. Now!"

"A very cozy space that was nice and quiet. There was an issue with the bed (miscommunication on my end) but it was fixed almost immediately. Quick and clear communication, easy to check in and a free coffee and croissant is always a plus. Highly recommend for a nice quiet trip."
