"The property was clean, and the staff was excellent, would stay there again, the only issue is when I booked it said parking was included and when I got there it was not. We were leaving our car for a few days while we went on vacation so we needed parking. I even called the hotel number to confirm the day before and they said yes. "Couldn't get hold of transport when flight came in late at night. Started doubting. On drive over website said last check in at 12 - flight in at 12:30 but did tell 2 different staff we were coming in late. Worried we weren't going to have the room we reserved.

"I became I'll while at the property from medication I was taking. I was with my daughter who was interviewing for a job in town. I called down to the desk and asked for late checkout.
