"We were unfortunate be there with road works under our windows and front door, and the building undergoing renovations at the same time. The redevelopments resulted in the aircon having to be turned off which was not fun in a hot Vienna.
Our host was most apologetic, offered a discount and had provided a pedestal fan which made a bit of a difference, especially at night.
That aside, the apartment was very clean and very convenient, in a quiet residential area opposite St Elisabeth Church. Easy...

"Over all it is a nice place, but not quiet enough. Not only the trains noise but also the appartment door has a glass and the light gets in each time one of the residents get to the hall way which woke me up frequently. Also no sound proof on windows or walls. But it is very well equipped and very modern and clean "
