"The HVAC was so loud you could use the TV at the same time. The back rooms are right on a major highway so it was loud."

"I was very pleased with the choice of this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and efficient. The bed was comfortable and I was delighted to find a wooden floor in our room rather than carpeting. The breakfast was excellent featuring real scrambled eggs and fresh berries as the fruit offering. I would definitely choose the Best Western in Morristown on a return trip."

"This could be a good place to stay but our room had a dirty floor and a tv that wasn’t getting any channels. We had to be brought a different remote and sign into our Netflix to watch anything. There is too much stuff laying around the property giving it an unkempt appearance. Staff is nice and helpful. The mattress is the worst. It’s like laying on a concrete slab. Terribly uncomfortable. It is quiet here which is a plus."

"Outside was nice inside was messy the floors were not vacuumed. The trash was very stinking and not cleaned. Had to ask for everything no cups plates pots were not in room. Ask three times for a glass insert for the microwave, never received it still missing. Hallways needed vacuuming. Stove had black something on it that stuck on pots had to scrub them."

"No mention of breakfast. The room was dirty with foot prints on the wall. The tub was dirty and there was no toliet paper there. The remote control was missing a button and the ceiling had red stain on it. The room was overall unclean."

"Did not feel this hotel was up to Westin standards. The air conditioning did not work well at all in the room meaning the room stayed very stuffy and it was hard to sleep. The bathroom was very small. The toilet, barely flushed and also had a crack on the bowl. Carpet was very dingy just overall not a nice place to stay, not worth the money. The location is good and it has a nice fitness center."

"When I arrived the told me an 14 other people that they had no rooms for us. Then they transferred us to a partner hotel and promised we would get a refund for the first night. No refund received. Also the check-in at the partner hotel was understaffed and overwhelmed with the situation. It took 45 min wait to check in at the Hilton. Worst experience after a transatlantic flight…"

"Hotel staff was very helpful. There was an issue with Expedia booking, but the staff was able to handle it. The restaurant was amazing. Top quality food and the bartenders get a 5 star as well. Only thing I would point out is the exterior does not compliment the interior. I intend to stay here again."
