"The shuttle was not as expected we arrived and called the hotel and was informed that they will pickup at a9 and than the shuttle parked at a7 and left us as we were so tired we had to pay $32 for a taxi as if not we had to wait another 1/2 hour for the shuttle and we have been waiting already for 1/2 hour"

"The staff was kind and courteous. The lobby area and hallways were quite nice. The restaurant for dinner is only open for a few hours at night. As well the menu is small. The chicken Caesar salad is not available, the waitress informed the table next us that they had no chicken. The chefs salad has no meat in it. It’s basically a garden salad. We tried to order 10 minutes after the table beside us and were told the kitchen was closed, at 8:30 pm. Thankfully there was a restaurant down the street...

"We arrived very late, or early in the morning. Kenny, hopefully that was his name, really went out of his way to help us out finding a more convenient room. He had such a great energy and a great smile. Also, he spook Dutch, not all the staff spook the language. We came back after our second trip and helped us out again, thank goodness he was there! "We were very early for our check-in time. They had a secure storage area for our luggage and let us know when our room was ready about 1-1/2 hours early. The hotel is an incredibly short walk to the airport bus stop and there is an elevator to the bus platform. Don’t get a taxi to the hotel, bus is faster and way less expensive. The major cleanliness complaint is mold around the floor grout edges of the shower (room 227). Towels had an off-putting scent, likely due to their choice of detergents."
