"We checked into the Sheraton Hotel a few days before we embarked on a cruise sailing out of Rotterdam. The Hotel is "connected" to the Schiphol Airport, and is extremely convenient for travelers who plan to spend time in Amsterdam or make connections to other cities in the Netherlands or European countries. The room was quite spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. We'll certainly return to this Hotel if we visit Amsterdam again."

"I thought that staying near the airport would be prudent as I was flying to the states early in the morning- but that wasn’t the case. The shuttle takes a half hour minimum from airport to hotel. "Fantastic hotel! I’ve been to Amsterdam a handful of times and this was by far the best hotel!
The breakfast was incredible, loads of options, the beds were so comfortable, entire place was spotless, perfect location for the airport with the shuttle bus service, and not too long of a journey to Amsterdam centre, took just under an hour via bus and tram. But with the amazing scenery it soon flys by.
The staff were very helpful, i’m an autistic person and they were very clear in their answers...

My flight was delayed, and I arrived at YOTELAIR at approximately 2:00 a.m. with my exhausted seven-year-old daughter. Despite my late check-in the booking still required check-out at 7:00 a.m., meaning we only had about five hours in the room despite paying EUR 212.

"fantastic place to stay. two bedroom suite had everything needed: stove, oven, fridge, all utensils and a large dining area. short walk to grocery store north or south. easy access to tram (very easy to get to/from airport schiphol). ebike rental from adagio was the best thing we did. access to the anywhere in the city within 30 minutes. katja (sp?) was very helpful at the front desk. laundry services were very useful. just a little south of city center but i highly recommend."

"Max is awesome. Awesome customer service and he made check in really smooth. Other staff need to take notes though. It’s 50/50 mix on awesome staff/not the best.
For example.. one of my traveling friends needed a beer at the bar. The lady behind the bar had no idea how to pour a beer. Her solution? Ignore us and pretend we aren’t there. Problem solved.. Crazy.
The rooms have no mini fridge. This is honestly unforgivable. That’s like a critical amenity and they just ignore it. No ice machine...
