Communicating with staff was difficult, as there were times where our included breakfast option was removed from the booking, and additional services were added that we didn’t ask for. "Staff was friendly at book-in. Our room condition was poor. There was stains from a drink or something on the wall and a blood stained towel in the bathroom. We asked the front desk to sort this for us, which they replied they would send someone up. Waited the whole night and noone was sent up. Beds was comfortable though."
