"Amazing place!"

"Brilliant in all aspects. Lovely staff and fantastic service and awesome food. Spa is amazing and the outdoors therme pool is wonderful and warm. Highly recommend this awesome hotel and its amazing staff and spa. The only tiny tiny tiny two things are that afternoon tea finished at 430 pm so we missed it every day as many skiers would. Secondly you get an allocated table for each meal for each day. It never changes which can become stale. However the staff were amazing and let us shift around...

"the fact that the Bergbahnen tickets were included, and also the termal spa made this a good deal. Hotel is clean and well maintained We hade an apartment for the family. Think that breakfast should have been included Can absolutely recommend it"

"Det bedste man kan sige om stedet er; placering. Ellers dårlig indeklima på værelser og badeværelse; der var skimmelsvamp på badeværelse, ingen ventilation eller vindue? På 1 sal lugtede der af kloak hele ugen. Ski rum, ingen støvle tørre og vand på gulv. Man må gå med skistøvler på gangene og ind på værelserne? Gammelt hotel som har fået en hurtig “make over”. Skuffende ud fra Salzburger Hof standard og deres andre hoteller. Vil ikke anbefale dette hotel"
