"Was not happy with the staff. WiFi didn’t work and was not able to do any work which was the main reason for my trip. My daughter were not able to use their iPads. Have made a complaint and want compensation and refund on my stay as caused huge inconvenience"

"The hotel was great. Only thing I would have changed is for the tv to have been a smart tv. After a long day it would have been nice to be able to relax and watch Netflix/prime etc."
