Nice hotel with soul and good service, but.. - The wifi often loose internet connection. - According to the website it should have a sauna and full service spa, but it has neither

Beware of Hidden Fees

Beware of Hidden Fees. We got hit with a €110 extra bill when leaving, with no communication of these fees beforehand. The check-in staff was nice but the person at checkout was very rude and argumentative. Stating that it was our fault for not knowing that there were extra fees for the sauna even though it is not stated anywhere at the hotel, on their website, on hotels.com or in any email communication and they failed to tell us this when we asked multiple times (!) about using the sauna. In addition they sent an email stating a $25.60 nightly charge for an extra person. But then they proceeded to charge us €30 per night which is a much higher rate, without informing us at all when we checked in. Overall it’s a shame because the place is nice and it made the stay unpleasant. We’ve travelled in this region a lot and have never had issues before this. The staff needs more training and they need to be more transparent around pricing which would make it much nicer.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung (ein Kühlschrank hat zur Ausstattung gefehlt). Die Bedienung des Fernsehers ist eigenartig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und kompetent.

traumhaftes Hotel

Kleiner Zwischenstopp vor Ostern. Leider nur einen Tag. Wären super gerne länger geblieben, da sich ein Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Schloß/Hotel und der Umgebung lohnt. Es ist ein traumhaftes Haus, bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht, sehr sauber, chic und mit sehr zuvorkommendem Personal und einen schmackhaften Küche.

Wunderbares Hotel 😀 Ausreichend gratis Parkplätze, Restaurant ebenfalls gut. Zimmer gross und mit Badewanne, Frühstück mit frisch gemachten Ei-Speisen nach Wunsch, Klasse!

Sehr schön restauriertes und wunderbar und liebevoll eingerichtetes altes Schloss. Wunderschöne Lage an einem kleinen See und mitten in der Natur. Umgeben von Weinstöcken. Wir haben hervorragend gegessen zu ausgesprochen günstigen Preisen – wir sind keine Weinkenner – der Wein soll aber exzellent sein. Wir haben den fantastischen, selbst hergestellten Birnen – und Kräuterlikör genossen und auch jeweils eine Flasche mitgenommen. In den super bequemen Betten haben wir fantastisch geschlafen. Sollten wir noch einmal hier in der Gegend sein, werden wir garantiert wiederkommen!

Das Zimmer war sehr groß mit einem tollen Badezimmer. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Da ich mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs war, wäre ein abschließbarer Raum für das Rad gut gewesen. Ansonsten alles prima.

Un séjour dans un beau domaine
