"The property is nice and in a good location if you don’t want to stay in Waikiki or downtown. I was disappointed in how expensive the parking was ($42 a night). Most of the staff are nice and very helpful. Particularly the front desk staff. On the morning of checkout, my rental car had a low tire pressure. The girl(I didn’t get her name, but I checked out at 4:00am) at the front desk went above and beyond to try to find a tire pump.
If there’s one thing negative about the hotel: There was one employee at the bar/restaurant that made me feel like I was not a valued guest. I picked up some lunch from outside for me and my family. We sat at an empty table inside to eat our lunch. The employee told us that we had to eat outside since our food was not from the hotel restaurant. At this time, there was no one in the restaurant except for maybe two other people. I told her that we were guests and that it was too hot outside."
