"The staff was super nice and very helpful. They gave us a card to get around the city, directions to the Castle, places to eat, Very nice. The location is great. It sits about three blocks from the beginning of downtown five blocks to the train station and the bus where you catch a ride to the Castle. The High Castle in town is excellent and worth thetime. "Very nice hotel perhaps the best near Neuschwanstein. But so bavarian. Some staff were amazing other staff were a bit strange. We waited a bit for a drink and my fiancee signalled a waiter through a glass and she showed with her hand that she can't hear and left. I don't even think she meant bad its just very bavarian lol. Fine for me but bit of a culture shock for my girlfriend. Location is gorgeous. The pool with view over the lake could take service though. The food was actually pretty damn...
