"Die Wohnung ist großzügig und sehr gut aufgeteilt. Die Einrichtung ist stylisch, kreativ und ganz gemütlich. Es gibt eine moderne Waschmaschine mit Kurzprogramm, ein Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen und alle notwendigen Küchengeräte. Das Geschirr ist sehr schön. Das sind die positiven Punkte. Die Einrichtung (besonders in der Wohnküche) ist schon sehr stark abgenutzt und teilweise defekt. Vieles sieht auch einfach verbastelt aus. "Ansich ist das Zimmer in Ordnung. Die Straße ist durch die Pflastersteine sehr laut. Da wir eh mit Ohrstöpseln schlafen, war das zumindest nachts kein Problem. Ein Bett quietschte sehr arg. Das schränkt dann schon ein bisschen ein. Parken an der Straße ist nicht möglich, da es sich ringsherum um Bewohnerparkplätze handelt. Da sind die 9 € pro Nacht für den Parkplatz akzeptabel, im Gegensatz zu den Tagespreisen in den Parkhäusern."
