"This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!"

"A down side was the pool was a little chilly and then was closed for a portion of our stay. The hotel also allows smoking on balconies. So, this can make the room quite unpleasant for non-smokers. The kitchen and full laundry was much appreciated! The location is also amazing if you plan on using the trains or trams."

"I liked the old fashioned key for entry but boy was the front door heavy! Very convenient with an Aldi literally next door. Small lift but is was efficient. Apartment M was very quiet on third floor. Well equipped for making light meals with small table to eat round. Bed very comfortable with two single duvets so no arguing over it in the night.
