The lady who welcomed us in the reception spoke English and German, one lady in the restaurant spoke German - but the others we met seemed to panic by the language challenge. Our room was huge, had a comfortable bed (but strange pillows) and a big balcony (sad view apart from the beautiful sunset). Toilet and bathroom were seperated: the toilet was in the smallest room possible, without sink or hand sanitizer. The bathroom was big, nice...

"Perfect place to stay in Weiden. I was able to walk to restaurants, stores and go for a long walk. The room had AC which was a plus during the hot summer season. I appreciate the the fact that it had a cosmetic mirror. Smell things in life that makes your stay. The staff was friendly. Would stay there again. "

Service was phenomenal - we checked in way after hours and the host made all the efforts to accomodate us, which enabled us to safely arrive and get to our room :) Breakfast was very good as well. "Nice place and nice stay. It is high up so if you plan to walk you will have some uphill climbing. Breakfast was good. Spa hours shorter on weekends so plan accordingly. One issue if you have a room without a terrace it is difficult to get air into the room due to the design of the windows and it can get hot when the sun is on your side of the building."
