"My room was very clean and very quiet at night. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It is very close to the train station and sights in Luzern. The station has 2 small supermarkets, fast food shops, etc. I am so glad that I chose this hotel and will surely choose this again without hesitation."

"Breakfast was the standard continental type. Bar was perfect. Stayed in April 2026 and the air conditioning had not been turned on yet so the rooms became way to warm and when opening the windows the traffic noise was terrible All in all a great place to stay."
