"We checked in with Dan at the front desk. He was very helpfull, knowledgeable about the area, and personable. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job. Our room was always clean when we came back at night. I have to mention the two staff that worked in the kitchen for the complementary breakfast. They kept to the place clean, tables were always wiped, and the food was always restocked. They did a great job! I would definitely stay at this hotel again"

"It was clean and single room is spacious but the room was in the basement. Too much noise late at night."

"The staff and hotel were good. My complaints are the area felt very sketchy. The Macdonald’s and circle k located infront of the hotel didn’t feel safe at all. Also our air conditioning was broken. After 2 complaints they moved us. Sadly the second room on the 22nd floor was even hotter. They came and checked the air conditioner. You would have to shut it on and off to “reset” it. Sadly the reset only worked for 12 min and then it would go back to fan mode. It was horrible to try to...

"We asked for a quiet room. They gave us one near an elevator and directly across from a train station. One window shade was broken and the clothes hook in the bathroom pulled out of the door when we tried to use it. We paid $500 per night for this room. We planned to stay two nights but checked out after one. As long-time IHG members, we expected some kind of refund for our second night. The hotel management refused to grant us any refund. Very disappointed and dissatisfied customer."
