"This was one of the few rooms left in town for Madison Regatta 2026. Pretty standard for a pet friendly hotel, we were traveling without our dog, definitely in need of a massive remodel. Front desk had a left over Covid glass in place, so communication required asking for repeats at loud volumes coupled with several middle eastern accents it was frustrating to try and communicate. "We booked this hotel at 10 pm as we were driving to it. I wish we had taken more time to look into it because I would not have chosen it if we weren't desperate. The price we paid was not worth it. In the morning after breakfast we discovered the shower in our room did not work. I noticed one of the unused towels we had placed on the floor had grime on it, not sure if it picked it up from the floor or was dirty in the first place but either way something wasn't clean. Breakfast was mediocre but...
