Cottage tại Scottish Borders

"A very warm welcome from our host Margaret. Issues with messages through Expedia led to not getting an updating message from her. Frustrating for her and us. Good location. Clean and comfortable. Helpful suggestions made for eateries and places to visit. Will be staying again as it matched our requirements perfectly."

"Enjoyed it so much we booked an extra night!! Rebooked for next year as well Place spotless and very spacious right next to sea. Apartment very modern and bright cant wait to come back "

"Superb location, peaceful and beautiful. Close to Melrose itself, which is packed with walks and interesting shops and places to eat and drink. Lovely hosts who are friendly and welcoming. The actual property was comfortable, spacious and a splendid place to me. I cannot recommend the whole package highly enough."

"We were in town for the Race Across Scotland - crew stayed here throughout the week, and two of us who ran it were here after we finished. Was a close drive to Cocksburnpath, and to other surrounding areas. Great spot for 4 folks, and having laundry was a huge bonus. Lovely property."

"Great location, very clean. Comfortable. Be prepared to deal with 31 steps."

I eventually obtained access details from a neighbour, only to discover that the property was occupied...

"Upstairs bathroom only suitable for very small in height persons.."

"Lovely clean property, slept 5 people, very warm and cosy in a lovely quiet location on a working farm. Had everything we needed and more, owner was very helpful and generous. Great lication for waljs and visiting surrounding areas within short distances to travel."

"Very well appointed and comfortable. Kitchen especially well equipped. Warm and welcoming, in a good location, short walk to centre of town. Definitely will stay again."

"Perfect house, very quiet and clean. Owner was very nice and helpful, less than 10 min drive to shopping and attractions. Castle is big tourist area, less than 10 min away. Def would stay here again if back in Scotland "

"Nice rural location. Pleasant walk of about an hour into Melrose via Leaderfoot bridge and sight of Trimontium. The cottage was cold when we arrived. We used the electric heaters provided but they weren’t quite up to the job. Cottage could have been a bit cleaner. Good parking and WiFi."

"The property was good, upside down property, set in a lovely harbour town. Locals friendly. Amazing ice cream shop. The attached fish and chip shop was very busy too. Parking was roadside, not guaranteed, opposite the property. We arrived at the end of the Herring Queen Festival, which was packed out. We struggled to even unload, but obviously that wasn't something we knew about prior to booking. After that had finished, parking wasn't really a problem. A few niggles with property but it didn't...
