"Stayed at the River Ness Hotel and it was amazing all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Even organised a trip on Loch Ness and booked a taxi for us.Beautiful and clean everywhere and bed was so so comfortable didn’t want to get up😊especially with black out curtains.. Everything is on the doorstep with some amazing bars with live music , all the shops are close by as is the railway station and bus station ..Can’t rate this hotel enough and we will definitely be back again.Thank you for everything including my partners birthday card and chocolates it was very kind .. Well done River Ness Hotel keep up the hard work. "

"Our stay was very pleasant, the outstanding staff were in the Stags Head bar. The service was outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely careful of our comfort. Also special mention of the restaurant staff. Breakfast was a pleasure with very nice staff and excellent food. "

"Booked this hotel because of an early, 6am flight out of Inverness. All the staff were friendly, most of them very helpful. The big surprise was the menu at the restaurant. They had numerous healthy choices with vegan and gluten free options. The bonus was the meal was tasty too! Room was comfortable and a basic Courtyard Marriott style. I do recommend if you need to be near the INV airport. Very convenient."
