"Offer 24/7 coffee (cold) The breakfast was terrible. Pancake machine broken, no yogurt, toaster barely worked, no one emptying trash that was full. Small children above us 1st night that woke us up at 5 am, then fire alarm went off at 8 on 2nd night. Ice machie outside our door kept us up all night. ..."
