"The room was nice and functional, we were in 301 and had a table 2 easy chairs, space to store our close, all in all a good room, our friends were in 304 and their room wasn't nice at all, only a bed and a rail for clothes, I don't know if that room might be renovated in the future, the difference was staggering. The location was fabulous, we walked everywhere, near to everything, nice restaurants. Easy booking and good costumer service by Isabel. "

"Location was great and staff were very friendly and helpful. The art mentioned was very clean and comfortable. But some kitchen supplies were lacking. For example only one coffee cup, no wine opener.... adding just a few pieces would make it perfect! Would highly recommend this apartment."

"Guest ready was indeed not ready for guests. Check in was absolutely horrible. Our key did not work in the door at all and got stuck and after 15 minutes of trying we called and were met with extreme rudeness. She told me I had to email in videos and wait for another team to get back to me through email. No lobby so we had to sit on the steps. Her attitude was horrible and she was very dismissive of us. "We did not stay at Lenscape coterie as it was undergoing renovations and therefore not open. We were relocated to another hotel in the group Torel Saboaria where we had a wonderful room. The breakfast was superb we had lunch and dinner which were equally as good as breakfast. We cannot thank all the staff enough as everyone was so kind, helpful and attentive even to the point of providing gluten free pancakes at breakfast."
