"We only stayed at the NH Porto Jardim for one night, but the experience was absolutely incredible. You can find nice rooms anywhere, but the staff here truly sets this hotel apart. We arrived in Porto much earlier than expected, and when I reached out about an early check-in, Maria was so friendly and helpful, making it happen without any issues. "It was very hot and we weren't able to operate the air conditioner and bathroom door didn't close. We had advised reception but no one came and had to reach out again later in the evening as the room was unbearably warm. The hotel is old which was to be expected and the cleanliness was ok. The room is cleaned every other day so not sure how this is a 4 star hotel. There were alot of little flies and moths flying inside the room. Also, one of the pillows was dirty and didn't look like the case...
