"Towel replacement was an issue, housekeeping does not replenish towels…you have to ask the supervisor to give them to you if you’re staying for more then one night, sink was not draining, maintenance did not fix it even though it was reported on the first day"

"Staff was pleasant if a bit aloof. Location is convient to shopping, dining and the highways but it is just off a VERY busy road, which is not my preference. Room condition was not great. Bathroom door handle was falling off so door didn’t latch. The kitchen hood fan had a sign on it indicating to open a window if you cooked. Very warm at first, but we were able to turn the furnace down. Some rowdy neighbors in the hall. Also the outside entrances from the parking lot had key slots but were just unlocked all night so anyone could come in and out. "

"Great stay with the family. The kids loved the pool and the gym had weights and everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast was a nice added touch, but the only thing they didn’t have was milk. Location is good - not a far drive from where we wanted to go. Overall, we enjoyed staying here :)"
