"Had an amazing time at the Sea Palms guest and staff were amazing! Room was cozy and spacious. Logan and the Jamaican waitress can't remember here name; took really good care of me. The crabs and fried green tomatoes were delicious. I highly recommend this resort location was perfect. St Simon Island is a beautiful place!!"

"overall the stay was amazing!!! Miss Ruby the day front desk person was so so so sweet and helpful. She did me and my group such a huge favor. Shoutout to her she made the whole experience 10x better. Room exceptionally clean and so cute. I love that it wasn’t your typical white everything cookie cutter look is was very niche and I appreciated it. It was located next to everything making errands and exploring a quick walk anywhere. "The room was nice & clean. Our room was next to the elevator so it was quite loud. We also arrived around 10pm & we had to wait around 15 minutes for the front desk staff to come back."

"Was not given the room we reserved. Booked a room for 6 and got assigned a standard room that only slept 4. Property was “over booked”. Two of us had to sleep on the floor. No reduction in price was offered either. Still had to pay for the pricier room. I’ve tried reaching out with no luck."

"So surprised to enter our spacious, lovely room only to find that our bathroom door would not move! Upon inspection, the door seemed to have soaked up a lot of water (the shower leaked) and had become waterlogged and stuck to the floor. Must have been happening for a very long time for the door to become that waterlogged!"
