"Very nice place to stay. Right in the village. Helpful staff. The only negative thing is to pay for parking."

"Our toilet was not flushing when we had arrived. We spoke to someone directly at the front desk, she said she would have someone come look at it right away. We did mention that we were gonna be out of the room majority of the day when we arrived back eight hours later, the toilet was still not flushing. We then proceeded to wait for maintenance to come before any of us could shower and get ready for bed. It was very frustrating and we gave them more than eight hours to resolve the issue."

"When I checked in, I mentioned to the front desk that I'm pregnant and hoped to take some photos during our stay. I asked if it would be possible to have a room with a nice view. Unfortunately, we were given a room facing the trees, so it was very dark and had no view at all. Even worse, the room was right next to the elevator. We couldn't sleep all night because of the constant noise from the elevator. To make matters worse, the bathroom was not clean, which was very disappointing."

"This property is located in a super convenient location, and staff are friendly. Rooms are older but bed was comfortable. Good value compared to higher priced hotels in Whistler."
