"The staff was amazing! Like unbelievably amazing! Greeted at the dock, luggage taken care of, greeted with fresh watermelon juice, chef cooked such delicious meals (dessert included), housekeeping cleaned 2-3 times a day, cooper hooked us up with tours, everything was great and relaxing. 3 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the national park, 5 minute walk to the village. "

"Every member of the staff was amazing. Everyone was welcoming and seemed genuinely happy to make my stay the best I could possibly be. The food was delicious. the tours were personal and led by very knowledgeable guides. If you don’t have time to do all of the activities, and if you’re there for nature, I recommend skipping the jungle hike to the top of mountain. It’s no more than a walk up a bunch of steps to a lookout point."

"The staff at this hotel are nothing short of incredible. They go out of their way to make sure their guests are comfortable and taken care of. We did all the tours with their partner Tuanis Tours and found the guides knowledgeable and fun. All the tours went on a little longer because the guides were determined to make sure we saw all animals possible. They even made the tours enjoyable the few times we got caught in the rain. My husband had to kill them; just so we could sleep & feel comfortable-still was hard bc we were wondering if more would come out at night & crawl all over us while sleeping! Next night we had a lizard on our pillows before bedtime. Plus; safety wise we had No glass on the windows had to sleep with only screens on windows! L’hôtel est insalubre, aucune propreté, nous sommes restés 3 nuits et aucun ménage dans la chambre, nous avons dû nous sécher pendant 3 jours avec les mêmes serviettes à raison de deux douches par jour. The staff were all very nice and extremely helpful, particularly Leo who was regularly ensuring that we were happy with everything. Breakfast is made to order to suit your preferences and was very tasty. Nice hammocks to relax in. The staff even took our luggage to the dock for us"
