"We were met before at the bottom of the steps and immediately had our luggage whisked away for us and taken right to the front desk to check in. From that moment on and for the rest of our stay, we were treated so kindly, and every request we had was met! Amazing room upgrade with balcony access, and the jetted tub made our anniversary getaway absolutely wonderful! We would absolutely stay again!"

"This was a very nice property. The one improvement they could make would be for them to make clear that the garage they have guests use, does not open until 6am. We could have missed our plane."

"Wonderful hotel!! We did the valet parking, wonderful staff to help with this. Check in and out very smooth and quick. Overall very clean and smelled nice. Our room was clean and fully stocked, loved the spacious bathroom with a full wall mirror as well as a full body mirror in the entryway of the room. Comfy bed with lots of pillows. Downtown Seattle can walk to anywhere you need/want to go :) would definitely stay again!! "
"It was a really nice property! The hotel felt very safe and even with a live music venue right underneath it was not too loud at all. With the tv on you didn’t even know they were there, and it was done by like 10:30. They had coffee, tea, water, ice, and even free candy. "Parking was $55 a day, but was not listed anywhere. Non-hotel parking in the area is cheaper but the we would have had to walk back to the property. Neighborhood was crawling with closed down businesses and homeless drug addicts. The hotel was amazing surrounding area was scary and parking cost was ridiculous and not forecasted. "

"Stayed here the night before our Alaska cruise. Hotel check in staff were excellent and we were able to check in early. Room was very clean, comfortable and a great value. Would stay here again."
