"The room was very dated and quite tatty, but it was clean and the bed was very comfy. There was some noise from the street but it was ok with the window closed. This may have been different on a warmer night as there's no air con."

"Upon arrival, we were given a room with an AC that is completely broken. When I brought this up to the front desk, I was told that they can’t do anything except giving me a fan. It is not until I escalated the matter to the manager, I was given a similar room with a working AC. Besides the horrible room conditions and the poor attitude of the staff, the bathroom of this hotel is consistently stinky and I can’t bear staying inside it. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"The hotel was very conveniently located in the North Laines area of Brighton, a block away from the Royal Pavilion and 10 minutes walk from the railway station. "Stayed in premium sea view room was big and spacious, great views, would of liked a fridge just had a cooler, water available but on a hot day would be best if it was cold, robes and slippers available as well as hair dryer and iron and board, they have their own shampoo and conditioners and body wash, only thing would be the sink in bathroom doesn’t seem to drain well it’s slow and it doesn’t get rid of debris"
