"We usually stay at Williansburg twice a year, but this was the first time we stayed at this place. I had to wait 45 minutes with my 4 very active grandchildren so they could get the apartment ready. Once we got in I had to get rid of the spiderwebs in the porch so kids could have a snack at the table. Some dishes in the cabinets had old food stuck to it. As we were just staying 2 nights, I asked that they would just pick up trash and leave coffee for next day. When we left the property the trash was still there and the coffee never materialized. There are better places in Williansburg where you will feel welcomed. I appreciate the effort of Mrs. Yolanda at the Activities Center and the young man near the indoor swimming pool who handles the mini golf. They made our stay worthwhile. Hospitality is not just about the amenities the place offer, but it's firstly how the staff welcome us in the place."
