"The Hen House cottage was a great place to stay for our trip in the Durham area. The village of Brandon is a beautiful location for going for walks in the countryside and with a great pub/ restaurant called the Bay Horse Inn on 50m away it’s a perfect place to stay. "Spotless apartment, very large double bed incredibly comfortable, pre arrival communication and information excellent, everything we needed for a 4 night stay. We were in apartment 4 on the second floor, no views but we knew that when we booked, right on the seafront. If we are that way again would definitely stay again."

"We had issue with our original property. However, it was esybto communicate with the staff and they promptly moved us to a different property which is even much more better than the previous. Staff were courteous and responded to our needs promptly. Its been less than a few days we moved out. Hence, i am awaiting a refund of the deposit paid. Otherwise, i appreciate the service provided."

"Hi We could’nt even access the property, they gave me access code which never worked and no key pads for the codes given. "What a beautiful hotel, the structure and design are beautiful, beds were clean room relatively clean but it could do with a new carpet, i wouldnt stand on it in my bare feet, bathroom needed new sealant but it was huge and clean with a bath and shower over it, we were at the back of the hotel so it was a bit noisy with trains but they privide earplugs which we found the following morning, price was 57.00 for the night so cheap and cheerful would definitely stay again "
