"Spacious room , very clean , pleasant helpful front of house , quiet great nights sleep , 5-10 min walk to airport depending on how quick or slow you walk , plenty of car parking ( daily charge for parking) it's not a thousand pound a night hotel or a five pound a night b&b but a fair priced mid market value for money hotel"

"We loved our stay at this gem of a BnB. The massive bed and the hearty breakfast gave us the energy to explore the area and made any jet lag a non-issue. Sue and Gary are wonderful hosts and provide as little or as much interaction as you want and were very helpful with ideas for locale, especially dinner. Sawby is a cute English town and the locals were very friendly when we went for walks."

"This venue has great potential and the new owner and team obviously have an exciting vision for the future. The hostess was exceptionally friendly and helpful and the breakfast (included) was very tasty. Attention to detail in the room could have been better. Carpet needed hoovering (and replacing) the bed hadn’t been made and although this was remedied, it looked thrown together. The loo seat was a bit ‘mobile’ and there was no hot water in the shower (apparently the boiler had tripped out)....

This includes fees for bottled water, baby cribs, table fans, and even a late checkout of 30 minutes. The staff is minimal and often stretched thin, so expect limited room service. The building is quite old and shows signs of neglect and poor maintenance."
