I was not going to post a review but after the responce from the front desk/management I am giving my honest review, they didn't care to hear the list of issues. . The room in the secondary building was neglected, the zonal heater did not heat the room, it would work for a few minutes then shut off then take forever to come back on. There was a heat lamp in the bathroom on a timer that did not work nor heat the bathroom at all anyway, there was some mold issues, bath tub shower was not clean, had pink bacteria growth in spots, water did not drain from the tub when showering, always nice to stand in dirty water when showering. Windowsills were really dirty with black build up. Bed was like a rock but slightly better than some.
It took a space heater requested from management at 10pm the first night to heat up the room, it was mid morning the next day before we felt warm enough.
I can say that at least management responded rather quickly when I called, it's unlikely I will go back, also the toilet seat looked to be about twenty years old,
wouldn't cost much to put a new seat on, it had discolored and had missing paint. These peope working there are always pleasant but they didn't seem interested in the items not working. I'm not sure why this is in such disrepair.
