"Spotless apartment, very large double bed incredibly comfortable, pre arrival communication and information excellent, everything we needed for a 4 night stay. "We had issue with our original property. However, it was esybto communicate with the staff and they promptly moved us to a different property which is even much more better than the previous. Staff were courteous and responded to our needs promptly. Its been less than a few days we moved out. Hence, i am awaiting a refund of the deposit paid. Otherwise, i appreciate the service provided."

"Hi We could’nt even access the property, they gave me access code which never worked and no key pads for the codes given. "What a beautiful hotel, the structure and design are beautiful, beds were clean room relatively clean but it could do with a new carpet, i wouldnt stand on it in my bare feet, bathroom needed new sealant but it was huge and clean with a bath and shower over it, we were at the back of the hotel so it was a bit noisy with trains but they privide earplugs which we found the following morning, price was 57.00 for the night so cheap and cheerful would definitely stay again "
