"Extremely welcoming, caring staff. Very clean rooms and extremely comfortable beds. Off the beaten track making it very quiet with beautiful views and walks. Scrambled eggs to die for at breakfast ! Drink making facilities in the rooms would have been very appreciated."

Downside: the waitress Adriane at Grazies introduced herself as "I'm tired", and my friends and I waited almost 2 hours for our meal at the Carribean restaurant only to get cold food, per the waitress- the servers didnt want to serve our food. "location was hard to find as you have to use the location given in Expedia. Place was in a nice quiet location. Areas of improvement: sink water was running very very very slowly. Need sink replaced. Toilet would run more often on the second/third day and having to manually hold the stopper down was too much. WiFi was spotty which could have been due to the location. Scenery was beautiful, management was responsive and helpful. Parking is also scarce. I would book again as a 5:6:7th option for...

"Loved how friendly and helpful the entire staff at the resort were. Our room and property were very clean. Special kudos to our pool bartender Crisheida who was awesome. All the food, even the buffets were good, but they advertise 6 restaurants and most of our stay only two were open most nights for dinner. Also our beachfront room had beautiful views, but our beach ( the Atlantic side) was unusable because of all the seaweed. Only the Mamora Bay beach was usable, but very nice."
