Rooms very cramped, no place for luggage, TV very bright (unable to dim), good location and staff but actual rooms appear to be fancy but end up being very uncomfortable stay.

Loved it! My son especially loved it, and the fact that everything in the room was powered by an iPad. So funky, clean and in a great area!

Parking is a big issue. You have to do a “self serve” check-in at the front desk with no help from the lady in charge.

This is a one and done place. Rooms are very compact. Tech in rooms was inconvenient. charging a phone a c pap machine made a circuit pop. Bed was as comfy but had to crawl over my spouse to get out of bed to use the bathroom during the night. The pillows were very solid and hard. Lobby was awesome.

Had a great stay at citizenM. The room was small but perfect for one traveler. I appreciated the attention to details even though the space was small, I didn’t feel as if I was missing out on any amenities. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast buffet (an added charge) was great. The walkability to all the Seattle touristy spots was great as well.

Very unique. Heads up, there is No Coffee in the room and it is about $5.00 in the lobby. Also, there are two kinds of shampoo and conditioner in the shower but no soap so you might want to bring the bottle of soap by the sink into the shower. Also no iron or ironing board. But it is clean. Funky. In a safe neighborhood walkable to the Space Needle, good shopping and about 10 Starbucks!

This hotel is super cool! Very high tech and super modern. Love the amenities including awesome gym, fabulous lobby and lounging areas and just a super cool vibe! Staff was fabulous! Room was really nice and very high tech but on the small side. Fine if you don’t have much luggage. Really nice shower! Comfy king bed. Great view of the city on the John street side. Highly recommend!

Very clean, not very great customer service, a lot is self-serve. Couldn’t figure out how to do half the stuff in the room because it was all operated on an ipad. The room was TINY. Very narrow and minimal amenities. Not worth the money in my opinipn.

Such a fun hotel and breakfast is very good. If you pay ahead for breakfast service coffee is free (latte, cappuccino) rooms are also fun and light settings can settle you down at night or get you pumped to be awake in the am. The gym is 1 out of 5 stars and despite that I still love staying here.

Wonderful location, plenty of helpful friendly staff. Small but comfortable room, the lobby bar and different public open, cozy spaces make up for the smaller room. Love that they have 3 elevators so they’re never crowded and you are aren’t waiting long. I would definitely come back and stay here.

Everyone was so helpful and kind. I loved my stay at the Citizen M. Peter went out of his way to make sure that my stay exceeded expectations. Would definitely stay at the Citizen M again.

Outstanding! So modern and beautiful. Everything in the room is controlled by an iPad! Great options for drinks and snacks in the lobby. We lucked out with an easily check in!

I love the floor plan concept. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The iPad for room controls is a plus too. Bar and espresso on site made the stay wonderful. But besides all THE STAFF are outstanding. Friendly, helpful and always a smile. Loved it here thanks.

I always sleep well in the rooms of citizenM. It is my favorite hotel chain. The rooms are super comfortable, the blinds can be fully dark, rooms are quiet, property is clean, and decor modern and welcoming.

Really loved our stay here! We were hesitant about the size of the room when booking, but it wasn't bad for my mom and I. We actually utilized the common areas a lot and loved how trendy and comfortable the lobby areas were. Since there is no microwave in the room, we would go downstairs to reheat our leftovers from the night before and ate in the lobby with no issues. Overall loved the location and was able to walk to multiple bus stops nearby. Great food all within walking distance. The staff were helpful and friendly. My one and only wish was that the water in the shower was hotter.
