This place is now what you expect from the pictures. The place was dirty with people hanging around the property. My children did not feel safe. The room did not feel comfortable nor did look clean. Worst place to stay. Do not recommend

Owners are super friendly and nice. Unfortunately the rooms are a bit dirty and smelled kind of funny its like someone vomitted in one of the rooms we got. Tried to change the room but theysaid they were fully booked. Maybe if they change the rugs and update the rooms i think they’ll be greats. Customer service is hands down one of the greatest :)

Alot of activity and not the cleanest but not the worst I've been too. Would rate better if it were a little cleaner and they actually had the breakfast that is advertised or any breakfast for that matter.

The front desk person was unfriendly, there wasn’t enough towels for the family,it had no tissues in the bathroom and the tv remote was broken.

Dirty room. TV only had max volume. Parkkng lot outside window was full of partiers and loud way past 2:30 am. No extra towels available. Check in agent argues with rate Hotels.com reservation. Wanted an extra $40. Very ghetto.

TELLING ME THE ROOM HE HAD FOR ME HAD NO TV OR RUNNING WATER THIS WAS RIGHT BEFOR 12PM AND I HAD TO WORK AT 6 AM , THEN TELLS ME THERE IS ONE SUITE AVAILABLE BUT HE DID NOT WANT TO ACCOMADATE ME EVEN THOUGH THE MISTAKE WAS ALL ON HIS END , STARTED TO YELL AT ME WHEN I SAID I DIDNT UNDERSTAND HOW HE COULDNT ACCOMADATE ME WHEN I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THE ROOM AND NEEDED TO GET TO SLEEP. BASICALLY TELLING ME TO ***K OFF AND HE DIDNT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING FOR ME AND OF COURSE HIS MANAGER WAS ON VACATION SO HE WAS THE ONLY ONE TO TALK TO HE THEN GOT LOUD WITH MY HUSBAND AND CALLED THE COPS SAYING THAT WE REFUSED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY AND THAT MY HUSBAND TRIED TO ATTACK HIM (WHICH WAS NOT TRUE ) ALL THAT LEAD TO ANOTHER BAD MOMENT AND I DIDNT GET IN TO A ENTIRE DIFFERENT HOTEL TILL 10 TO 5 .. The room door didn’t lock all the way. Felt unsafe Had to put a chair behind door to prevent anyone from entering. Felt unsafe overall They have refugees from a different country running around the hotel at all hours. No hot water.

I was given a smoking room when I requested for a nonsmoking room. There was no t.v remote in the room. I was told they can’t give me a room when I have already have a reservation due to a misunderstanding of the owners mom asking the son for help checking me in. Son came and was mean but after the mom explained that I didn’t do anything he apologized.

If I could give negative stars I would. The entire building including the room and sheets had the most foul stench I have ever smelled. The whole building has never even seen a vaccume. To seal it all off somehow housekeeping missed the giant clogged deuce in the toilet from the previous guest. I slepped in my sleeping bag and didnt even discover the mystery deuce in the toilet until i woke up at 2am. I got lucky I was so tired and only needed to crash for a few hours before my flight. Not that I would have wanted to eat the breakfast anyway but the 7am comp breakfast and coffee def did not exist when I left at 7:30. The breakfast door was locked with a closed sign. Ive never been so diaapointed in a waste of my money to sleep for 8 hours.

The overall place was alright but what really saved the rating is the front desk attendant. She was cordial friendly and handled my checkin with No problems. She gets a 5 start rating

First time I Expediad for years. Check in was swift. Shower was hot. It's next to a bar, so people are people. My room was fresh. It had toiletries fresh towels. Completely satisfied. I couldn't figure out the TV, so I slapped some Johnny Cash back to my neighbors from my phone. Great experience. I'll be back.

They advertised breakfast and told me about it when i checked in but there was none in the morning. Clerk said oh... we didnt do it today...condition of the room i was in... torn carpet and bedspread there was mo latch for the safety lock. There was a screw hanging out of the door plate and it smelled like P and peanut butter.

The cable was out so had no tv all weekend, It was a dump, the hallway smelled like piss, the ceiling in the bathroom had holes in it, no hot water, there was only 2 towels and 1 wash cloth in the bathroom, floors were dirty, I will never stay there again

Horrible!
Full of tweakers, walked into to the strong smell of Marijuana in the lobby. The guy working was wearing worn and very dirty clothes. The room was VERY dirty. Tv didn't work. Loud music off and on all thru the night. Loud people in and out all night. Lots of noise and hanging around. I took several pictures but it won't let me upload them.

Nice front desk person but thats it.
The front desk lady was super friendly, outgoing and very helpful. She was the best part of the stay. The property had a lot of people hanging out around the vehicles. I left my curtain open so I could watch my vehicle. I had a non smoking room yet walking down the hall all you could smell was marijuana and cigarettes. The room smelled like mold and cigarettes. The bed seemed like it was probably worn out because it literally had no support and was uncomfortable. The continental breakfast had practically nothing. No juices, no milk and no water.... Luckily there were a few bananas so I grabbed 2 and left. As a last resort is the only way Id stay here again.

Disgusting room
When we arrived at 7:10 pm there was no one at the front desk. We waited for 25 min for someone to show up. Once we checked in we went to our room which was very dirty. When we turned down the bed it had crumbs under the blankets. I requested fresh sheets which took over 1/2 an hr to arrive. There was someones left over food in the fridge and the next morning I was putting on my shoes and there was someones underwear underneath the bed. Tops and bottoms. Overall the room was gross. When we checked out I listed everything and the attendant just kindof shrugged her shoulders and said she would let housekeeping know. We will not be staying here ever again.
