The lobby, shared with the casino (?), was beautiful and peaceful (piped in classical piano). The staff was friendly and cheerful. My son said the breakfast was okay. The shuttle driver went out of his way to help us after my surgery.
I needed an ADA room because of surgery. The room had some accessible features but was not to ADA guidelines - small/low toilet, some grab bars but some not where needed, no integrated shower bench, just a regular tub, etc.
Our flight was delayed and the shuttle that we relied on was closed for the day.
With all the old reviews saying reno was needed, I expected that by now reno would be done but - no. The carpet was pretty old but they gave slippers, probably to compensate.
We turned off the air handler because it was intermittently noisy. Otherwise quiet, for being affiliated with a casino.
