"Loved our hotel. Great customer service. Close to bus stop to NYC. Loved the room set up. Nice to have a place to relax after site seeing. Only issues were that the bar onsite is closed. Their websites need to be updated to indicate that. Also, the water pressure in the shower is awful. Other than those two things it was a great stay!!"

"We decided to stay here as we needed a bathtub for a medical reason. I called ahead and asked if they had working bathtubs and I was told yes.
The first night of our stay we realize there is no stopper for the tub, so I call the front desk to ask for one and was brushed off by maintenance and whoever was working the front desk.
Being left to deal with the issue myself, the next morning at 6AM I went to the local Home Depot and bought OUR OWN stopper. We barely slept as we were quite stressed...

"An average experience. The room was spacious but dated and could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The hotel is adequate if you just need a place to crash. Overall rating: 5/10."
