"I had a pool and harbor view, and it was beautiful. The room was clean and neat. But I had a lukewarm to cool shower for 3 mornings, which was not ok. I did mention to the front desk, but no solution. The bathroom faucet had hot water, but not the shower. Also, the TV is old and not a smart TV that allows streaming, etc. The newer laminate floorings are nice in the rooms, eliminating carpet, but the sacrifice is noisy furniture from late night guest that are inconsiderate and moving the furniture around. As well as heavy older doors that create a loud noise when slammed shut. It was not the resort's problem with the late-night 12-2 am loud, noisy guests. But that also affects my stay at the resort."

"This hotel is all about the location. If you are expecting a modern hotel this isn’t it, you can tell the rooms and in general the hotel is outdated. But the room was spacious, bathroom was tiny though."

Even though the weather during our trip was a bit chilly, the hotel made the entire experience feel warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. After a long day of travel, the staff was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated. Everyone we interacted with was kind, attentive, and eager to help. The staff had excellent knowledge of the local area and gave great recommendations for places to visit and things to do around Charleston. One of the highlights of the trip was visiting the spa. I booked a massage and it was fantastic, relaxing, professional, and exactly what I needed after a day of exploring the city. Overall, the hospitality, beautiful property, and exceptional service made our stay memorable. I would absolutely recommend Hotel Bennett to anyone visiting Charleston."
