"Room is very tiny. Cant even lay in bed and watch TV. No chair in the room, no fridge. Parking cost 30 dollars a day and if you leave you have to pay 30 again even in the same day. Lots of people begging for money. They have a bar and say water is free but got charged for it on my credit card statement. Definitely was a learning experience. Do yourself a favor choose somewhere else"

"The location is great, just a short 15 to 20 minute walk to the stadium. The hotel itself is outdated and looks worn down, but it’s not bad. It needs a renovation to make it look more modern and clean. The staff were great, especially the valet people and the host at the front desk. They were very helpful and friendly."

"My stay at AC Hotel Charlotte City Center exceeded my expectations from the moment I arrived. Check-in was quick, seamless, and set the tone for a great visit. As a first-time visitor to Charlotte, I initially hoped to find street parking, but quickly realized it was limited. The hotel's self-parking option ended up being incredibly convenient, with an easy, direct path from the garage to the elevator and my room.
