"The room was falling apart - plugs didn't work, baseboards were actively coming out, nails were sticking out of the floor/walls, all drywall screws in the ceiling were visibel and painted over, anything metal was rusting, the bathroom was molded and painted over, the floor was rotten and softer than the beds. "Pro: check in was super easy the lady at the desk was so kind so late at night. The breakfast was great, so many options and everything we had was fresh. We were exhausted and our children beyond past bedtime. Cons: our room smelled like the toilet had backed up if you get what I’m saying 💩 , the kids had already passed out on the bed before I came back from getting our suitcases. "They didnt had hot water for the showers, it was warm, but never got hot. They dont do room service, only if you stay more that 4 nights. I stayed 3 nights, so requested to have a room service after the 2nd night, they said just to come to the front desk that morning and request it. "Initially when we reviewed the pictures of this property it really looked good! The packing lot area looked very clean and the picture of the bedroom looked nice! But once we walked into our room # 109 it was a total disaster! The room has a closed up / mold smell and the carpet is very dirty, both of the windows curtains didn’t close properly and there is a cold air draft along the floor area, I did notice form along the entire baseboard area of the room.
