"The property is gorgeous with several hiking trails. We walked everywhere. We toured the Glen Eyrie Castle and had a high tea. Breakfast was included and it was absolutely delicious. Every member of the staff made us feel special and welcome . We felt safe while staying here. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. This is my "happy place"."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. But there's only so much you can do to "shoddy." Our first room's toilet could barely flush. The lighting was so bad I had to use a flashlight to read my map. The maid never made up the room, so the next day we had a different room. At least the toilet flushed and the lighting was better. But, overall, the rooms are dark and dingy. "We had a good stay at the hotel. The staff was nice and helpful. There was a weird smell when we first got there, I think it was cleaning chemicals. It was fine by the time we got back to the room after spending a few hours at main event. The breakfast and dinner was nice. Staff kept everything as clean as they could. "The vending machine was done, there was only a person at the desk at check in, the TV was terrible. They have dish next work and the picture quality was bad. You could only listen to the TV. We stayed here 2 different times and both times about 3 am the person above us sounded like they were moving all the furniture around. The hallway freaked of cigarette smoke."

"DONT GO HERE ITS AWFUL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t expect a fast check in even if it’s pre paid for. the staff take extra long hoping the line thins. Then if you don’t have physical copies of i.d they accuse you of credit card fraud but first you have to wait 4 hours in orders to get that far. Then when you have, say your parents, try and buy you a room they just deny service completely. then walk away. we never said or did anything disrespectful until we were disrespected. Waiting in the lobby...
