Front desk couldn’t find a way to accommodate a simple request made at booking three weeks prior for no guests above us, so it was a miserable night with Big Foot stomping about. Lots of excuses-their new staff, we booked on Expedia (only because they couldn’t match the rate when I called), and they told me I was only upset because “you didn’t get your way”. How rude. I wasn’t upset until the argumentative clerk was full of excuses and not willing to accept a negative comment, nor to problem solve. Plus, they’re overpriced as it is, but are constantly trying to upsell (at reservation, check in and check out) to suck out even more money. A shame, as it could have been a great stay. As it is, I won’t go back and don’t recommend it to anyone else.

Beautiful view from property high up on hill overlooking Sedona. Property is situated directly next door to airport so if you’re taking a helicopter tour it’s convenient. Rooms are nice, property is quiet and away from town center.

We loved everything about this Inn. The staff were so friendly. We upgraded to a room with balcony which was definitely worth it. We had a view of the botanical garden that separates the buildings and adds a beautiful artistic green space. Location is next to one of the best public places to watch sunset. There is also the Airport Loop Trail to hike around the airport with spectacular views. Be sure to go eat or get a drink at the Mesa Grill at the airport which is an easy walk from the Inn.
