"This hotel is perfect if you’re staying in a nice weather, but not recommended to stay here during the hot summer as it does not provide AC or fan. Turned out it is a common swiss things because they are supporting the environment. But i really couldn’t survive the heat, it feels like living in a sauna room. "The room was clean but just enough for the family of 4, 3 adults & 1 child. Beds are comfy. It was so hot when we arrived in Lucerne, but the staff is nice to give us bottled water after checking in & provided us with 2 electric fans in the room. It was so close to the restaurants & shopping area. Most especially, closed to Lucerne train station."
