This was a great location and very walkable to Old Town and across from the Limmat River. We stayed in the renovated part of the hotel and it was lovely. The room was clean and the bathroom floors were heated! The staff was very attentive and the amenities top notch, from the bar to the restaurants

The hotel is very close to the train station making it easy if you want to take a train to other parts of Switzerland. Our room was renovated and very nice, but a few things I feel they need to address. There is no drawer space to put things away and the closet is small and much of the space is taken up by the iron and ironing board. We had trouble adjusting the heating in the room. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Stay near old town zurich

Well located hotel a short walk from the main train station in Zurich and the old town. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay there. The bed was very comfortable and the finishes were updated. Pleasant stay. The staff was helpful with recommendations and they had umbrellas and ponchos available.

Newly renovated rooms and very friendly staff. Dining options on site and about 15 minutes walk from some of the main sites and shopping that Zurich has to offer

I liked the hotel but what really stood out to me was the bar tender on the main floor Maximillian. He was excellent in customer service really made us feel welcome and he was excellent at his craft. He was the highlight of our stay there and the rest of the bar staff was good too.
