"Our stay was very disappointing and quite different from what was described in the listing. Several amenities that were advertised were either unavailable or misleading. For example, the listing mentioned laundry facilities, but none were accessible during our stay. Communication was also a major issue. "Ik was op zakenreis en dit is perfect. Heel ruim appartement, ontzettend proper en alles bij de hand: handdoeken, shampoo, douchegel, .. Enige minpuntje: de douche kan iets beter. Voor mij is dit geen spelbreker, ik kom absoluut terug. "

"Die Wohnung war super schön, groß und ordentlich. Einziges Manko, die Beleuchtung war ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig dunkel in dem Essbereich/Arbeitszimmer. Meine Fragen wurden super beantwortet, alle sehr nett. "

"The property was very well stocked: pots, pans, cutlery, wall plug adapter, umbrellas, toothbrushes, toothpaste and more. The only downside is that the floors do creak, so you hear the people above you. With that said, everyone seems to adhere to the 10pm quiet time so it was not much of a problem. I did not see a parking space so if you’re renting a car I would look further into that. Aside from that, no issues. Very close to the train station for transportation. "

"We absolutely loved everything about this apartment. The location is extremely convenient and the city views from inside the apartment (especially the view of the church) was beautiful. A lot of space for our family to stretch out , we traveled with two teenage girls and it was nice for them to each have their own bedroom. The rooftop patio was our favorite feature as you enjoy panoramic views of Lucerne. Hands down the best experience. Highly recommend. Communication with the host was...
