"Super villa avec un accueil excellent (Abdou et le propriétaire tres gentils). Endroit très calme loin des bruits de la ville. Le seul très petit reproche serait pour le restaurant qui manque un peu de choix pour celui qui n'apprecie pas la cuisine arabe. Cependant il faut reconnaître que lorsqu'on y mange, c'est tres bon et très copieux.
Autre point très positif, c'est que Abdou a ses connaissances parmi les petits taxis rouges de Fes et que si l'on veut se déplacer, il suffit de lui dire et il...
"The property looks great but it’s old and it shows. My room was well appointed and very clean. I had to deal with a toilet issue that the staff couldn’t fix although they tried several times. I also had a leaky sink. They eventually changed my room the next day. That was frustrating.
Breakfast at the hotel was very good.
In my experience, if you are an English only speaker, some of the front desk staff and front hotel staff do not speak good English nor do they communicate well. ...

Don't rely on GoogleMaps directions in Fes. It may put you on wrong streets to get here or to some of the other attractions in the area. This is definitely NOT a reason to stay some place else, once you get there you will be glad you took the extra time."
